We strongly encourage parents, students and carers to speak directly with our teachers if they feel that something is not happening as it should. We act immediately on information received and work closely with families to seek a positive outcome for everyone involved. The Principal is openly available for discussion and is always willing to follow up on whatever issue has been raised. If there is ever an occasion when you feel that your concern has not been suitably addressed, the documents below are designed to support you in the next stages of the Parent Complaint process.
